My passion is to empower others with my vast knowledge of mental power and mental health succeed to their fullest, in all aspects of life. Mental strength is an incredibly important tool to always keep sharp when it comes to competitive sports. If you do not have the mental capacity to keep pushing forward, you will quit 100% of the time. Having the ability to implement this into your daily training will help you succeed further in competition.
During my time at Stanford, I consulted with Dr. Lisa Post of the 49ers football team. Dr. Post is a renowned sports psychologist who also spent her time at the university. I began sessions with her because of a serious injury that caused me to get major surgery, benching me my entire sophomore season. This was a type of adversity I had not come across before in my athletic career, I needed someone to give me to the tools to help better myself to get myself out of the rut I was in. After some time of working through many mountains with her, I was back on my feet and performing like myself again, and better than ever. I led the Stanford team into their highest national ranking, #5, my senior year as captain.
After seeing the incredible successes with my sports psychologist, I knew this is what I wanted to share with the rest of the athletic community. While getting my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Stanford, I also received my certification in sports psychology. Helping others has always been a passion of mine, being able to combine helping others and sport s performance is something that is very special to me. I am incredible excited and dedicated to making you best the best version of yourself! Let me help you help yourself, together we can create something amazing.
